Digital Printing Excellence
Our digital printing capabilities centre around the HP Indigo 6K press, renowned for its exceptional print quality and versatility. This sophisticated machine delivers print resolutions of up to 1200 x 1200 dpi with 7-colour printing capabilities, including CMYK plus Orange, Violet & Green, Lightfast Cyan, Lightfast Magenta, White, and metallic silver. This technology enables us to produce vibrant, detailed prints with colour accuracy that rivals traditional offset printing, while offering the flexibility of digital production for short runs and variable data applications.
Complementing our HP Indigo system is the Mark Andy Digital 1, which provides additional digital printing capabilities for short-run CMYK applications. This combination ensures we can handle any digital printing requirement efficiently and cost-effectively.
Traditional Offset Printing
Our three letterpress systems provide high-volume commercial printing capabilities with exceptional colour reproduction. These presses excel at producing large quantities of labels and packaging materials to specified Pantone colours or CMYK, offering cost-effective solutions for substantial production runs. Our offset capabilities include hot stamp foiling, embossing, spot varnishing, and various specialty finishing options.
Substrate Versatility
Both our digital and offset printing systems can accommodate an extensive range of substrates, including coated papers, textured wine papers, synthetic materials, vinyl, polyester, cardstock, tamper-proof materials, and heat and chemical-resistant substrates. This versatility ensures we can select the perfect material for any application, regardless of environmental demands or aesthetic requirements.
Specialised Production
Beyond traditional printing, our facility includes equipment for engraving, screen printing, UV printing, and resin coating. These capabilities allow us to work with virtually any material and create products that meet the most demanding specifications for durability, appearance, and functionality.
